My business, Mind & Mountain, is a mental health-informed training space that blends functional strength, somatic nervous system healing, and community care. We help people build strong, resilient bodies, self-compassionate minds and nervous system support so they can thrive in the outdoors—and in everyday life. Through our online training membership, seasonal programs, and small group healing spaces, we support folks in moving with strength, intention, and connection.
