As the long days of summer wind down and back-to-school season kicks in, our bodies & lives might be a bit out of balance [let's be real, has anyone out there actually achieved perfect balance?!]
In reality, I believe that perfect balance is an illusive thing that may not exist, or at least not be worth the stress of chasing. Instead, I encourage the concept of working toward balance... and enjoying the process!
This fall season I’m creating an intentional balance practice designed to grow the strength, stability, grit, and grace needed to move toward balance in our bodies and our lives.
I’d love to introduce you to this style of training in short try-it-out, no commitment Intro Series. Just click the button below to get started!

What's your special flavor of imbalance? Don't worry, we've all got them! Maybe your right side is stronger than your left, or maybe you work a lot more than you rest. We'll take a look at what's working, and what could use some attention... and then we'll prioritize areas for action.
I think of balance as the ability function in an unstable world, which requires lots of strength, stability, and patience with ourselves when things get unbalanced! Our bodies are faced with illnesses and injuries, and our minds challenged by stress and change. Let's grow the stable foundation and strength to improve our ability to respond to life's instability.
This free series will introduce you to my style of Balance Training via video-classes emailed to you over the next two weeks.
I love teaching balance because 1) it's super-effective (particularly for injury-prevention, people who struggle with stability and/or mobility, & athletes in shoulder-season), 2) because you can't be perfect at it, balance training forces us to practice enjoying the journey, and 3) it's playful and fun. I hope you join me!
