Receipts, Subscription Billing, Cancellation, and Card Update FAQs

To check for end date or next payment date: 
  1. Login to your library
  2. Navigate to the upper right hand corner of the screen and click on your avatar (it might be your picture, it might just be a circle depending on your settings) 
  3. Click on Settings
  4. Click on Purchase History 
  5. Find the purchase you would like a receipt for and click on view all. 
To check for end date or next payment date: 
  1. Login to your library
  2. Navigate to the upper right hand corner of the screen and click on your avatar (it might be your picture, it might just be a circle depending on your settings) 
  3. Click on Settings
  4. Click on Billing
  5. Select the card you would like to update/delete/make the primary etc. 
To check for end date or next payment date:

  3. Click on Settings
  4. Click on Billing - from here you can see your next payment date or when your access will end.  
To cancel your subscription: 
  1. Login to your library
  2. Navigate to the upper right hand corner of the screen and click on your avatar (it might be your picture, it might just be a circle depending on your settings) 
  3. Click on Settings
  4. Click on Billing
  5. Cancel your subscription 
Once you cancel, you will see on the screen the date that your library contents will expire.
