Being a leader is a privilege, but that doesn't mean it's always easy.

Especially when it comes to conflict within your team.

Managing conflict across differences, state lines (hello remote workers), and our own unique relationships to strife is not something that many of us have been trained for, and that lack of training can lead to big impacts for you and for your team.

In today's fast-paced and diverse workplace, conflicts are inevitable. How we handle them can make all the difference in fostering a positive and productive environment.

That’s where Conflict Resolution Skills for Leaders and Managers comes in.

This 8-week program equips organizational leaders with essential skills to manage and resolve workplace conflicts effectively. Combining theoretical knowledge with practical application, participants will explore conflict dynamics, develop strategies for resolution, and enhance their emotional intelligence and communication skills.

Through experiential learning, role-playing exercises, and group discussions, leaders will gain skills and confidence in addressing conflicts constructively, fostering a more positive, productive, and aligned work environment.

Goals for this course:

Master key conflict resolution techniques and models to effectively address workplace disputes.

Enhance emotional intelligence, active listening, and communication skills crucial for navigating complex interpersonal situations.

Develop the ability to transform conflicts into opportunities for team growth and organizational innovation.

What People Are Saying:

I have just completed 2 years of coaching with Em Bowen, MA ☮️🤓.

If you are looking for a coach to support your leadership capacity or navigate a complex culture at your own organization - especially white leaders who need a sounding board and support to try out new strategies - I strongly encourage you to contact Em.

Em's approach is a not another system to follow. I felt seen, heard, and valued regardless of my particular place in my own personal growth. Em is a great friend during your work.

A huge takeaway from my work with Em is that you cannot do personal or institutional leadership work without first understanding the biases that have impacted your own growth and how those oppressive systems impact organizations. If you choose to work on leadership without first looking at your own unconscious bias and the systems - the water - that you live and work in, you will continue to doubt your own power and think you must conform to fit into structures that expect women to behave a certain way.

Thanks Em Bowen, MA ☮️🤓! You are the best!

I took a training with Dr. Tee that came highly recommended by a close friend and colleague.

I was nothing short of blown away by the course’s depth and professionalism. I was impressed with the knowledge that I took away from Dr. Tee and the training. It was truly life-changing, and it made me a far better leader, advocate, and human. His instruction is customized, community-building, practical, people-oriented, and results driven. He is an expert in his focus areas.

I respect and admire him, his work, and his character, and I am grateful to have learned from him and call him a trusted colleague and friend. I highly recommend him and his leadership trainings for any work to educate and build strong, informed, diverse, positive, supportive, ethical teams and leaders at organizations in all sectors.

It's rare to encounter someone in your professional life who, upon working with them, changes the way you approach life and work. Dr. Tee is one of those rare professionals in my career.

I initially met Dr. Tee when our project team brought him in as an outside leadership consultant to provide a critical eye on our high-potential leadership program and consult with us on how to take it to the next level. In the course of that project, I got to immerse myself in his perspective and I completely gained a whole new insight into the way leadership programs should be structured. It was a profound shift for our program and a super positive one at that.

Dr. Tee's deep academic background and research-based approach helped transform our un-scientific ideas for our program into a solid and rewarding learning experience for our participants. Dr. Tee has a knack for taking something extremely volatile and complex, distilling it down to the essence of the challenge and reforming it to be something wonderful. I have a lot to learn and I am grateful that I met Dr. Tee and we have continued our professional journeys across companies and programs.
