More about Team Mind & Mountain
What We Do
We work to help Women+ build mind & body strength so they can find joy, healing, & self-actualization through outdoor movement. We believe that the outdoors are for everyone, mental health matters, and that strength is key.
Our signature programs are Summer Strong & Ski Babes, but our day to day work revolves around much more than working out. We work to support our clients and community in tangible and genuine ways through sharing and connection. We throw major side-eye at the traditional patriarchal and colonial structures that exist within many businesses, and do our best to work outside of those rigid boundaries. This allows us to participate in things like inclusive capitalism (trade and equity pricing available for our products) and flexible schedules so team members can keep their mid-day counseling or doctor’s appointments.
We lead a fun-loving and small team that is committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and excellence. Our responsibilities to each other are to communicate, and do our best to maintain our own mental/physical strength so we may easily change course as Mind & Mountain continues to grow and evolve.
