This is day 3 and day 10 of your free

Mind & Mountain trial! 


For those on day 1: Take it slow and focus on form and alignment. If you've never trained with me before consider taking the Mobility Track options  

For those on day 8: Week 2 is a repeat of the week 1 workouts. We return to now-familiar movements (we're revisiting the same workouts as last week) and practicing them with a shift in focus.  Because you now have some muscle memory for the exercises, your brain won't have to work as hard at learning and has more availability for other challenges. Repetition is critical for learning, and always an opportunity to go deeper.

I invite you to play with adding grace, speed, intensity, and/or mental calm to this and the rest of the workouts this week.
